Meet the Founder
About Lucy Splichal, Enrolled Agent
I founded Colossa Tax Group after surviving my own financial storm.
As a long-time business owner, I’ve spent over 15 years running successful companies, including more than a decade in manufacturing and e-commerce. This gave me a deep, hands-on understanding of accounting and business taxes.
But everything changed when I became widowed, losing my life and business partner, Jesse. I lost almost everything we had built and was forced to rebuild my life and business from scratch.
That experience ultimately led me to tax resolution – and to the belief that no one should have to face a difficult financial situation alone.
As an Enrolled Agent licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, I have unlimited representation rights before the IRS. I represent taxpayers at all levels – examinations, collections, and appeals – and provide expert tax consultation and preparation services.
I am also a Certified Tax Representation Consultant (CTRC), a CTEC-registered tax preparer in California, and a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).
But more than my credentials, I’m someone who knows what it’s like to be in a hard place. I believe that even in the worst financial situations, there’s a way forward – and my job is to help you find it.
