Colossa Tax Group is a boutique tax and advisory firm focused on helping business owners stay compliant, minimize taxes, and make smarter financial decisions as they grow.
We provide proactive tax planning, tax preparation, and advisory services for established businesses that need more than basic tax filing. Our clients rely on us for year-round guidance on tax strategy, payroll, entity structure, compliance, and financial organization.
We primarily work with service-based businesses in California and Arizona, including home services, professional services, hospitality, and other growing companies with employees and increasing operational complexity.
Our approach is practical, proactive, and relationship-driven. We believe business owners deserve a trusted advisor who understands both the technical side of taxes and the realities of running a business

About Lucy Splichal, Enrolled Agent
I founded Colossa Tax Group to help business owners stay compliant, minimize taxes, and build stronger financial systems as their businesses grow.
Before launching Colossa, I spent more than 15 years building and operating businesses in manufacturing and e-commerce. That experience gave me a hands-on understanding of accounting, business taxes, and the financial challenges business owners face every day.
After losing my husband and business partner, Jesse, I was forced to rebuild both my life and business during the most difficult period of my life. That experience reinforced the importance of strong financial structure, proactive planning, and having trusted advisors who can help you navigate both growth and difficult seasons.
Today, I combine real-world business ownership experience with technical tax expertise to help clients make smarter financial decisions and stay ahead of tax and compliance issues.
I’m an Enrolled Agent licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury with unlimited representation rights before the IRS. I’m also a Certified Tax Representation Consultant (CTRC), a CTEC-registered tax preparer in California, and a QuickBooks Certified Advanced ProAdvisor.
